I was in the mood for sweets the other night after dinner, and I knew that if I ate that Chipwich that my dad hides in the downstairs fridge, I wouldn’t have been satisfied afterwards, so I looked in the fridge upstairs and found vanilla yogurt and an apple, and I saw a perfect ‘recipe’ if you will on a fellow Tone It Up sister’s twitter, and I just knew I needed to try it myself.
Healthy Apple Pie
1 apple (any type)
1 vanilla greek yogurt (appx. 5.3 oz)
1-2 tablespoons of granola
sprinkle of cinnamon
1. Wash and cut up apple into small pieces. Place in bowl.
2. Empty greek yogurt container on to the apples.
3. Pour granola over the yogurt and sprinkle the top with cinnamon.
