I’m always looking for simple, fast recipes to make, especially healthy ones! Tone It Up posted a recipe for 3-Ingredient Cookies the other day, and I made them today for the storm. I figured if I’m going to be stuck inside for a few days (maybe without power), I will probably end up snacking, and it’s better to be snacking on healthy things, than unhealthy processed foods. Luckily I had two ripe bananas, that were on their way to the garbage, that I was able to use in this recipe.
2 ripe bananas
1 cup of oats
1 scoop of Perfect Fit Protein (1 packet)
1. Mash your peeled bananas in a bowl with a fork ~ mash well!
2. Add in the scoop of Perfect Fit and keep mixing. If the dough isn’t the right consistency, and your bananas weren’t too ripe, then add a small amount of almond milk.
3. Lastly, mix in the oats.
4. Use a spoon to drop the dough on your cookie sheet ~ be sure to coat it with non-stick cooking spray ~ and lightly press down to flatten. This helps it bake better!
5. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown! If they are still a little mushy, just bake for a little bit longer.
